People look at AI Tools when they want help with drafting, research, or generating a first version of work that used to take much longer by hand. Use Decisions | OpenAI API for that kind of job only if the official description matches what you actually need this week. A category label is not proof that every feature is included.

Decisions | OpenAI API is listed as free to download or try. A free app can still sell extras inside the product, so confirm the current plan on the official page before you rely on it.

A fair test is small. Pick one task you already have, try it in Decisions | OpenAI API, and keep the result only if you would send or publish it. If the free option finishes that task, you do not need a paid plan yet. If the listing is paid, decide from the live price on the store or website, not from a summary.

Decisions | OpenAI API does not include a Try Me Out promo code. Open the official listing, read the permissions and the current plan, and decide from that page.
